Hi, I’m Dr Mais.Â
I work in medical obesity management, supporting adults who feel frustrated, confused, or discouraged by their weight journey, despite their genuine effort.
Over the years, I’ve seen how much misinformation and unrealistic expectations exist in the weight-loss space. Too often, people are told to:
