This first session is a deep, thoughtful dive into you:  your health, your history, and what you’re actually trying to achieve.

Together, we explore:

  • Your weight history and previous approaches
  • Eating patterns and appetite regulation
  • Sleep, stress, and day-to-day lifestyle rhythms
  • Medical background and relevant medications
  • Expectations, concerns, and desired outcomes

Where appropriate, we also discuss:

  • Medical weight loss pathways
  • Questions around weight loss medications (education only, no pressure)
The assessment sets the foundation for everything that follows, so the work ahead feels structured, informed, and purposeful - not overwhelming.
