Beyond 1:1 Program
(Full Bundle: Assessment + Four Session Package)
This programme is delivered over 5 sessions and includes one comprehensive assessment session followed by four 1:1 coaching sessions, scheduled at times that work around your life. Each session builds on the last, so nothing feels rushed or disconnected.
During the assessment, we explore:
- Your weight history and previous approaches
- Eating patterns and appetite regulation
- Sleep, stress, and day-to-day lifestyle rhythms
- Medical background and relevant medications
- Expectations, concerns, and desired outcomes
Throughout this programme, we'll work to:
- Understand obesity and weight regulation as biological processes, not personal failures
- Clarify how appetite, sleep, stress, and habits interact in real life
- Build sustainable routines that actually fit into your day-to-day
- Explore medical weight loss options with clear, evidence-based education
- Create a long-term strategy - not another short-term sprint
Where appropriate, we also discuss:
- Medical weight loss pathways
- Questions around weight loss medications (education only, no pressure)
